Ezzeya Fashion spells elegance
DAVAO fashion trend setter Ezzeya Fashion House held another event on the ramp, this time at the Grand Ballroom of the Apo View Hotel. “Kinabuhing Dabawenyo” featured trendy ethnic and autumn-winter designs in line with the week-long celebration of the 24th Kadayawan Festival
More than 60 creations featuring the stylized designs derived from the tribes of Davao were presented by three Davao-based designers who successfully transcended barriers of culture and created wearable evening formal and casual wear adapted from the Bagobo, Mandaya, Tausog and other ethnic tribes of Mindanao. The autumn-winter collection featured by Ezzeya carried major trends in European fashion with the influence of folk and the Bohemian look or “Foho” collection.
Apo View Resident Manager Wolfgang Pfuner could not hide his excitement at the first-ever fashion event and dinner held in cooperation with the Ezzeya Fashion House. Dr. Gary Sicam welcomed guests with Ayesse Timbol who viewed the impressive collection which included business suits, evening wear, sports and casual items for the fashion conscious Davaoeños
